Honey

Bees are an important element for the environment and biodiversity; they are pollinating insects that favour a high plant bioderversity.
For this reason they are even more valuable in a farm, particularly if, in addition to the vineyards, there are also fruit trees and vegetables.

In addition to that we get from our honey bees three different qualities of honey.

    • miele millefioriWildflower Honey
It is one of the best known and most popular honeys; as the name suggests, it is produced from the nectars of flowers of various species.
Obviously, there is no “The” wildflower honey, its features varying on the mix of flowers from which the beas draw, and therefore on the geographical area and the period of the year.
It’s generally appreciated for its delicacy and because it allows to sweeten food without altering its original taste. Pots 500gr and 1 kg.
    • miele di acaciaAcacia Honey
It’s well known and higly appreciated in Italy for its characteristics: very light straw color, light and delicate smell and taste.
In addition to that, thanks to the high level of fructose, it has a low tendency to crystallize and a high sweetening power. Pots 500gr and 1kg
